Who can join the referral program?
The referral program is for Kids Ride Shotgun customers who've previously purchased directly from us. The family you refer to must be new to Kids Ride Shotgun to receive their first-order reward.
Can I refer to more than one family?
Yes. You'll receive the current referral reward for every successful referral that meets the program requirements.
Can I refer someone in another region?
No. Referral links only work within the regional store where they were created.
For example, a referral link created on the US store can only be used on the US store. Both you and the family you refer must be eligible to order from that regional store.
Does my referral link automatically apply the reward?
Yes. Your referral link will automatically apply your referred family's discount where possible.
If their session expires, they can simply enter their referral code at checkout. We recommend saving the code in case they need it later.
Do referral rewards expire?
Yes. Both the reward you receive for referring a family and the reward your referred family receives expire 30 days after they're issued.
Is shipping included with my referral reward?
If your referral reward requires shipping, a free shipping code will automatically be added to your cart.
Can I combine my referral reward with another promotion?
Your first-order referral reward can't be combined with other discount or promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
