Shipping information
General information:
- We offer free shipping on all orders above US$39, otherwise shipping is US$6 per order for all mainland deliveries excluding to Hawaii and Alaska.
- Shipping on all orders to Hawaii is US$70.
- Shipping on all orders to Alaska is US$50.
- Shipping covers all tax, duty and customs charges for USA orders
- Items may arrive separately
Delivery timeframes and tracking information:
- Tracking numbers are only issued after your order has been processed and can take up to 24 hours to show on the system once they have been dispatched.
- For rural and islands deliveries please allow an additional 3-5 days to the prescribed delivery window.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund within 60-days of receiving your order. No questions asked. For more information on returning your item(s), see our returns policy below.
RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund within 60-days of receiving your order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your item(s) will need to be unused, in new condition with the original packaging and/or tags still attached.
If you wish to return your item(s), contact us here. Please include your name and order number.
We will then provide you with return instructions and a delivery address. Returns must have obtained authorisation from us before being sent back for processing.
Once your return has been received and processed, we'll issue a refund via the method you originally paid with, excluding any shipping costs you incurred on the original order. The funds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your bank account.
*Note, for our Free Magura Brake promotion (running from 1st Nov - 31st Dec), the frame, wheel kit & brake must be returned in order to receive a refund for the frame and wheel kit.
*Note, the return address for all apparel worldwide (including kids t-shirts and MTB jerseys), is our New Zealand Shredquarters.
Order changes and cancellations
To cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. Please note, because orders are often processed the same day they are placed, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to cancel or change an order. If an order has already been processed or dispatched, customers will need to refer to our returns policy.
