Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older and must have completed at least one qualifying purchase from Kids Ride Shotgun prior to enrolling as a Referrer.

2. Qualifying Purchase

A referral is considered successful when a new customer completes their first qualifying Kids Ride Shotgun purchase using a valid referral link.

3. Friend Reward

Referred customers will receive the referral offer available in their region on their first qualifying purchase.

4. Referrer Reward

Once a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase, the Referrer will receive the current referral reward for each successful referral.

5. Reward Expiry

Referral rewards must be redeemed within 30 days of being issued.

6. Coupon Use

Friend rewards cannot be combined with other promotional or discount codes unless otherwise stated.

Where applicable, referral rewards that require shipping may be redeemed using the accompanying free shipping code provided.

Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or substituted for another product.

7. Returns & Order Changes

Kids Ride Shotgun reserves the right to cancel or withhold referral rewards if a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise no longer meets the Referral Program requirements.

8. Fraud & Misuse

Self-referrals and any fraudulent or abusive use of the Referral Program are not permitted. Kids Ride Shotgun reserves the right to reject enrolment, cancel a Referrer's reward, or void an issued referral reward if it is later determined the Referrer had not completed a qualifying purchase prior to enrolling.

9. Regional Availability

Referral offers, qualifying purchase requirements and available rewards may vary by region. Referral links and rewards are only valid within the regional Kids Ride Shotgun store where they were created.

10. Changes to the Program

Kids Ride Shotgun reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
