Open to eligible residents of the United States, excluding New York and Florida. Void where prohibited by law.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
The Ultimate Family MTB Set-Up Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Kids Ride Shotgun Limited, trading as Kids Ride Shotgun (the "Sponsor").

The Sweepstakes is administered using ViralSweep, a third-party sweepstakes management platform, on behalf of the Sponsor.
ViralSweep will facilitate online entry collection and the random winner selection process.
The Sponsor remains responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, verification of eligibility, winner notification and prize fulfilment.
The Specialized Turbo Levo 4 Expert will be supplied and delivered through an authorised Specialized retail partner appointed by the Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state or province of residence, whichever is greater;
- Are legal residents of the United States, excluding New York and Florida;
- Have a valid email address and comply with the entry requirements outlined in Section 5; and
- Comply with these Official Rules.
The Sweepstakes is not open to residents of New York or Florida, or to residents of any jurisdiction outside the eligible territories.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and persons directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
The Sponsor reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age, identity and residency before awarding the prize.
Entries submitted by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be disqualified.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and acknowledge that the Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes, verification of entries and selection of the winner will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Entrants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that they must satisfy all eligibility requirements to receive the prize.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and ends on October 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) (the "Entry Period").
Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
The Sponsor's designated electronic records will serve as the official timekeeping mechanism for the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or not received due to technical difficulties.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals must:
- Visit the official Kids Ride Shotgun Sweepstakes entry page at https://kidsrideshotgun.com/pages/win-the-ultimate-mtb-setup during the Entry Period.
- Complete the official online entry form, providing their full name, a valid email address, state or province of residence, and any other information reasonably required to establish eligibility.
- Confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules.
- Submit the completed entry form before the Entry Period closes.
A completed and valid submission will constitute one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
No purchase, payment or product registration is required to enter.
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
Entrants may optionally provide a valid mobile telephone number. Providing a mobile telephone number is not required to enter or win.
Consent to receive marketing communications is required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.
Declining or subsequently withdrawing marketing consent will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry or reduce an entrant's chances of winning.
Multiple entries submitted by the same individual, including entries submitted using different email addresses, telephone numbers, identities or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limit, may be disqualified.
Entries generated using automated systems, bots, scripts or other fraudulent methods are prohibited.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
No additional entries will be awarded for purchasing products, subscribing to marketing communications, referring friends or engaging with the Sponsor's social media accounts.
6. Prize Description
One (1) eligible winner will receive the Ultimate Family MTB Set-Up prize package, comprising:

Electric mountain bike. The winner may select their preferred frame size from the manufacturer's available size range, subject to availability. -
1 × Shotgun Pro EVO Bike Seat
Front-mounted child bike seat, subject to the manufacturer's published age, weight, fit and compatibility requirements. -
1 × Dirt Hero Balance Bike
Children's balance bike, subject to the manufacturer's recommended age, size and weight requirements. -
1 × Uplift Balance Bike Backpack
Balance bike carrying backpack.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): US$10,379.96
The prize package will be awarded to one (1) winner and is not divisible between multiple entrants.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, assigned, sold or redeemed for cash.
The winner may select their preferred Specialized Turbo Levo 4 Expert frame size from the manufacturer's available size range.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner's selected frame size through its appointed retail partner.
If the selected frame size is unavailable, the Sponsor will consult with the winner regarding an appropriate alternative of equal or greater retail value.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize with an item of equal or greater retail value if the advertised item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.
Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize at the time of award will not be paid to the winner.
The prize does not include accessories, protective equipment, insurance, maintenance or any other items or services not expressly identified in these Official Rules.
The Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs associated with delivering the prize package to one eligible residential address within the winner's country of residence.
Any applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize description will be the responsibility of the winner, subject to applicable law.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from the United States and Canada combined.
There is no separate allocation of prizes between the United States and Canada.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
8. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted using the ViralSweep sweepstakes platform.
The drawing will take place on November 2, 2026.
The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor or its authorised representative.
The potential winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before being declared the official winner.
9. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided during entry within seven (7) calendar days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond to the Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification.
The Sponsor may require the potential winner to:
- Confirm their full legal name, age and residential address;
- Provide reasonable proof of identity and eligibility;
- Complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release, where permitted by law;
- Provide information reasonably required for tax reporting and prize fulfilment;
- Confirm their preferred Specialized Turbo Levo 4 Expert frame size; and
- Confirm acceptance of the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, does not meet the eligibility requirements, fails to complete the required verification process or declines the prize, the Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate potential winner through a further random drawing.
The same notification and verification process will apply to any alternate potential winner.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected individual but will not be responsible for notification failures resulting from inaccurate contact details, spam filters, blocked communications or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
No individual will be declared the official winner until all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied.
10. Prize Delivery and Fulfilment
Following verification of the winner's eligibility and completion of any required documentation, the Sponsor will coordinate delivery of the prize package to the winner's confirmed residential address within the eligible territory.
The Specialized Turbo Levo 4 Expert will be supplied and fulfilled through an authorised Specialized retail partner appointed by the Sponsor.
The winner will be contacted to confirm their preferred frame size before the bike is ordered or allocated for delivery.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner's preferred frame size, subject to the manufacturer's available size range and product availability.
The remaining prize components will be supplied and fulfilled by Kids Ride Shotgun or its appointed logistics partners.
The Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to arrange delivery of the complete prize package within 90 days following confirmation of the official winner.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, the winner's location and shipping arrangements.
The Sponsor will communicate any material delays to the winner and arrange delivery within a reasonable period.
The Sponsor will cover standard delivery costs, including any import charges or customs duties payable in connection with the Sponsor's shipment of the prize to the winner, where applicable.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and making reasonable arrangements to receive the prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the winner arising from incorrect delivery information or failure to accept delivery.
The prize will be awarded only to the verified winner and cannot be delivered to an ineligible jurisdiction.
11. Product Use and Safety
The winner acknowledges that the prize includes an electric mountain bike, a children's bike seat, a children's balance bike and a carrying backpack, each of which must be used in accordance with the relevant manufacturer's instructions and safety requirements.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that:
- The Specialized Turbo Levo 4 Expert is used in accordance with applicable local laws, trail access restrictions and manufacturer guidance;
- The Shotgun Pro EVO Bike Seat is correctly installed on a compatible bicycle and used only within its published age, weight and fit limitations;
- The Dirt Hero Balance Bike and Uplift Balance Bike Backpack are used in accordance with their respective product instructions and safety recommendations;
- Children are appropriately supervised when using the products; and
- Appropriate protective equipment is used when cycling.
The inclusion of the Shotgun Pro EVO Bike Seat in the prize package does not constitute a representation that it is compatible with every Specialized Turbo Levo 4 Expert frame size or configuration.
The winner should verify product compatibility and suitability before installation and use.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection or product liability laws.
12. Taxes and Reporting
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, provincial or local taxes arising from receipt of the prize, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For a United States winner, the Sponsor may require the completion of IRS Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation before awarding the prize.
Where required by applicable law, the Sponsor will report the fair market value of the prize to the United States Internal Revenue Service and provide the winner with the relevant tax reporting documentation.
The Sponsor will not provide personal tax advice to the winner.
13. Privacy and Use of Personal Information
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor will collect and process personal information provided through the entry form for the purposes of:
- Administering the Sweepstakes;
- Recording and verifying entries;
- Determining eligibility;
- Selecting and notifying the potential winner;
- Arranging prize fulfilment;
- Meeting applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and
- Preventing fraudulent or unauthorised participation.
Personal information may be processed by ViralSweep and other service providers acting on behalf of the Sponsor, subject to applicable privacy laws and contractual arrangements.

The Sponsor may also use entrants' personal information to send promotional communications where the entrant has provided any consent required by applicable law or where another lawful basis for such communications applies.
Consent to receive marketing communications is required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.
Entrants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided in those communications.
Withdrawal of marketing consent will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Sweepstakes entry.
Personal information collected solely for administering the Sweepstakes will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of their first name, last initial, city, state or province of residence, and prize information for the limited purpose of announcing the winner and reporting the results of the Sweepstakes.
Any additional use of the winner's photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial or other personal information for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.
The winner will not be required to participate in promotional photography, video production or other marketing activities as a condition of receiving the prize.
15. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorised intervention or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the security, integrity, fairness or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled closing date, the Sponsor may, where lawful and reasonably practicable, select a winner through a random drawing from all eligible entries received before termination.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Violates these Official Rules;
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Attempts to submit multiple entries in violation of the entry limit;
- Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods; or
- Attempts to interfere with the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor's exercise of these rights will be subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor will not be responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, platform outages or other events outside its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising and promotional partners, and Sweepstakes administrators from claims arising directly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except to the extent such claims cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any statutory rights or remedies available to entrants or the winner under applicable consumer protection, product safety or other mandatory laws.
17. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations in the eligible jurisdictions.
Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be governed by the applicable laws of the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws or other statutory rights applicable in the entrant's jurisdiction of residence.
Nothing in these Official Rules prevents an entrant from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. Winner Information
To request confirmation of the official winner, entrants may contact the Sponsor at:

Requests must be received within thirty (30) calendar days following confirmation of the official winner.
The Sponsor may provide the winner's first name, last initial and state or province of residence, subject to applicable privacy laws.
19. Social Media and Third-Party Disclaimer
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or any other social media platform used to advertise or promote the Sweepstakes.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their personal information to the Sponsor and its authorised service providers, rather than to any social media platform.
Specialized is not the Sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes unless expressly identified as such in the official promotional materials.
The use of the Specialized brand name and product description is solely for the purpose of identifying the advertised prize.
20. Acceptance of Official Rules
By submitting an entry, each entrant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Official Rules and that the information provided in their entry is accurate and complete.
